Great service and knowledge

I would NOT use this agent for anything nor recommend them to anyone. We as sellers, found the broker Ana to be not a very nice or helpful person. Some of the reviews on here, are by her employees. WE personally believe she initially considerably tried to undervalue our house, which we ignored her advice and listed at our own price which we more or less got. We found her rude and very difficult to get facts from. And was not accurate with the information she was giving us. When the buyer ran over time and stopped paying escrow as agreed by contract, she tried to falsly say that it was our bank trust holders fault. This was not true as we had the signed off document to prove it. She displayed a very unpleasant side when found out, almost like Jekyll and Hyde. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL. Take your business elsewhere. We felt we paid first world prices for a shocking service.
